Belt Drive Drill Press is an accurate depth stop for precise hole depths. It provides 6″ stroke for deep hole applications. It also has full bearing support on quill for maximum spindle stiffness. Its speed rates from 400 to 5,000 RPM. It provides 3″ column diameter for maximum head support.
Belt drive motor is an electric motor that has an attached sprocket with a series of teeth. The sprocket teeth extend outward and are evenly spaced to interface with the drive chain. The drive chain is a closed-loop chain that has a series of links. The drive chain is rounded over the drive motor sprocket teeth. When the drive motor turns the sprocket, the drive chain automatically pulled forward.
Belt Drive Portable Blowers provides the motor that includes 1-Speed, Permanently Lubricated, Ball Bearing - Single Phase, 120V. It meets Osha Standards, Its powder coated 20 ga. steel housing has front and rear roll formed embossments for added strength and rigidity. Its swivel model rotates 360° in 12.5° increments and locks in place with a steel locking pin. It has 10″ hard rubber wheels. Models are available in 230/460v 3-phase totally enclosed motors, 115/230v 1-phase hazardous location motors.
Belt Drive Sprockets are designed for all load drive applications. These are linked by a continuous neoprene belt. The belt has square shaped internal teeth. This drive configuration is limited to overhead camshaft engines. The camshaft and the crankshaft are always remain in the relative position to each other. A spring between the plunger and the lifter body pushes the plunger upto eliminate the clearance. The lifter's oil feed hole moves away from the oil feed in the lifter bore. Then no new oil can enter the lifter and the preassure on the plunger pushes it down in the lifter. A noise will be heared from the engine if a hydraliuc lifter is not able to leak down.
