Casing End Seals are designed to prevent electrolytes from forming in the annular space between a carrier pipe and casing. Casing end seals are installed to allow for lateral movement of pipe due to expansion or contraction. Casing end seals are available for installations involving a need for fire retention. These seals are made of a high expansion wraparound sleeve specifically designed to provide a waterproof seal on pipeline casings. Casing end seals are used to eliminate the possibility of foreign material and small rodents from entering the void area between casing and carrier pipes.
Casing Insulators and End Seals are used to support & electrically insulate a pipeline from a casing and to seal the ends of the casing. They are available with high-density injection molded polyethylene or steel. Casing insulators and end seals are provided to isolate carrier and casing pipes.
Casing slip is a device for attaching an upper wellhead housing to casing. It has a conical section with an annular external seal. The interior of the slip member contains circumferential teeth. When the upper wellhead housing is placed over the slip member and clamped to the lower wellhead housing, it wedges the slip member radially inward. The internal teeth embeds against the casing to grip the casing.
Casing Spacer comprised of a pair of bands formed in a semi-circular configuration of a desired radius. Each band has a plurality of threaded studs that extend radially outward from the outside radial surface of each of the bands. They have a pad, mounted onto the inside radial surface of each of bands.
