Continuous Strand Annealers are available in three temperature ranges including LTSA 1000°C (1850°F), SA 1200°C (2200°F) and HTSA 1700°C (3100°F). The furnaces are available with up to twenty process tubes each with individual atmosphere control. These are mainly used for inline strand annealing of wires.

Coreless Furnace Holding Systems provides usable capacity, maximum power and optimum alloy flexibility. These furnaces can be emptied very quickly and completely to handle alloy changes on short notice. These are used as a holding and duplexing unit. This system, however, requires an increased number of water-cooled circuits and may need increased maintenance on the high-current changeover switch.

Coreless Induction Furnaces is the coil, which consists of a hollow section of heavy duty, high conductivity copper tubing which is wound into a helical coil. Coil shape is contained within a steel shell and magnetic shielding is used to prevent heating of the supporting shell. To protect it from overheating, the coil is water-cooled, the water being recirculated and cooled in a cooling tower. This furnace has largely replaced the crucible furnace, especially for melting of high melting point alloys. This furnace is commonly used to melt all grades of steels and irons as well as many non-ferrous alloys.

Crucible Melting Furnaces provides low fuel costs, superior fuel efficiency and precise temperature control for melting of aluminum, zinc and other non-ferrous metals. These furnaces are suitable for melting and pouring directly into the molds or transfer ladles. It has a high thermal efficiency and that differences in temperature does not substantially occur in a molten metal within a crucible and can provide products of uniform quality.

Crucible Preheat Stations can be assembled to a spare cradle assembly prior to preheating to expedite the transfer of the preheated crucible from the station to the furnace bath. It can heat and hold one crucible at 750º F to alleviate thermal shock during replacement installation.

Crucible/Pot Melting Furnace delivers low fuel costs, superior fuel efficiency, land extremely close temperature control. Gas-fired crucible/pot melting furnaces are ideal for melt-and-hold at the casting station or to charge into holding furnaces for die, permanent mold or sand casting of aluminum, zinc and non-ferrous metals.

Depyrogenation Ovens are designed to reach maximum temperatures up to 280° C. It can be self-sufficient relay logic or PLC and integrated with process PLC. A unique mounting system for the HEPA filter reduces particulate concentrations. The system collects data for process validation, monitors operations relative to control limits, and communicates with external data processing equipment. These have stainless steel flashing and bioseal connection to the clean room. These are equipped with monitoring ports for testing fresh air, exhaust & recirculating HEPA filters and interlocked doors with dual contact seals.

Diffusion Tube Furnace is featuring lightweight fiber insulation and a continuous heavy gauge element winding. It features a round stainless steel outer shell and end caps. Single and multi-zone configurations are offered along with universal mounting pads for horizontal or vertical operation.

Direct-fired gas air make-up units are air supply system in a self-contained package with fan, burner and controls. It is used in connection of gas line and power source. It features heavy-duty forward curved or backward inclined DWDI centrifugal blower and peaked roof to eliminate standing water. It contains 14-gauge galvanized steel housing and remote operating station.

The direct fired heater refers to heating equipment that burns gas directly in the fresh air stream resulting in the most efficient method of heat transfer. It generates the lowest cost per BTU of heating when compared to indirect-fired and electric strip heaters. These direct-fired heaters are well suited and widely accepted for applications such as commercial kitchens, service garages, transit facilities, factories, warehouses and paint-booths. The direct-fired heater incorporates intelligent flame monitoring equipment. This equipment ensures that the airflow through the burner and gas flow to the burner are optimized to produce the most efficient and clean combustion process.

Diverter dampers incorporate several new features such as a unique plenum construction and patented retractable guide vanes for improved flow distribution. Diverter dampers are utilized on many process and heat recovery systems to direct the flow in one or two directions. In a heat recovery system, the diverter damper would normally direct the gas to a waste heat recovery system or in a bypass mode through a silencer and stack.

Drop Bottom Ovens are used for aluminum solution heat-treating. These ovens incorporate state of the art insulation, control system and hoist mechanism. They can be used for aluminum aging at lower temperatures. They have ceramic fiber block module insulation and electro-mechanical winch system. It also has stainless steel air baffle and provides electric or gas heating. This is electrically heated and designed for installation above the floor level. The quench tank is mounted on a transfer car that runs on rails. Load positioning and unloading is accomplished using a worktable mounted on the same transfer car. Loads are raised and lowered by a hoist system. The temperature range is 1200°F.
