Priority flow dividers are used in systems in which one branch of the system contains essential functions that must be performed, while the other branch contains less vital functions. It is disclosed for dividing hydraulic fluid flow between a steering circuit and an auxiliary circuit thereby providing better efficiency and greater productivity for the auxiliary circuit. The priority flow divider includes a cylindrical housing having a slidable spool valve therein, and the housing further includes an inlet port connected to the steering pump in the steering circuit, a discharge port connected to the steering valve, in the steering circuit, and a discharge port connected to the auxiliary hydraulic circuit.

Proportional flow divider is a 3-port pressure compensated proportional flow divider. It is ideal for splitting a flow proportionally and maintaining the ratio.

Rephase Cylinders are used in synchronized linear-actuator applications. Two or more cylinders are plumbed in series, with bore and rod diameters sized. Synchronization eliminates need for a separate flow divider or mechanical torque tube, external circuitry, devices, or plumbing. They provide parasitic power losses, pressure intensification and the ability to transfer power between actuators.

Shuttle valve is a simple device but also a necessary part of many pneumatic systems. It is a passive device having no air supply of its own. It is used when signal is required to be selected from two or more different sources. It is also known as 'OR' valve. It allows a signal to pass through from either input and allows the reverse flow of system exhaust through these same inputs. A shuttle valve selects the higher of two pressures, a function that is to be considered when designing circuitry.

Single Line Lubrication Systems delivers lubricant to the lubrication points at the same time. A pump feeds the lubricant through a main line to the relubrication distributors. The functioning of the lubrication systems are monitored in a number of ways such as electrically, by pressure switches in the system of lines and by lubricant-level switches in the reservoir and by indicator pins on the metering distributors piston.

Spring Return Cylinders is a cylinder in which a spring returns the piston assembly. These are components of single rod type with pressure to activate the work stroke. The spring in the nonpressurized end returns the piston to its original position when pressure is released. The cylinder must be about twice as long as the required stroke to include space for the spring. They are spring loaded in the opposite direction, so they extend with spring action and retract pneumatically or hydraulically.
