Choke Valves are valves that lift a solid cylinder up and down which is placed around or inside another cylinder, which has, holes or slots. The design of a choke valve means fluids flowing through the cage are coming from all sides and that the streams of flow collide with each other at the center of the cage cylinder, thereby dissipating the energy of the fluid through flow impingement. The main advantage of choke valves is that they can be designed to be totally linear in their flow rate. Heavy-duty industrial choke valves are used in the oil industry and for highly erosive and corrosive purposes. Choke valves are important for carbureted gasoline engines because small droplets of gasoline do not evaporate well within a cold engine.

Compact Ball Valves are quarter turn, quick opening shut-off valves with large ports to allow greater flow and a minimum of pressure drop or turbulence. These valves are constructed of schedule 80 PVC. CPVC compact ball valves are designed for use on hot or cold water systems up to 100 PSI at 180°F. It includes quarter-turn operation, large port and teflon seats. It is designed for use on CPVC pipe.

A constant-pressure modulating valve maintains a constant inlet or outlet pressure in process line. A self-relieving, pre-set regulator applies air pressure to a diaphragm, which adjusts a designed valve plug to maintain a pressure balance between the product and the diaphragm.

Containment valve system is designed in active and passive sections, and is air-operated using single actuator. The centering bolts ensure proper alignment while vacuum sealing, and connection to dust collection system guarantees complete containment. The mobile cleaning unit provides cleaning of active section, while passive section can be cleaned in container wash station.
