Flap type diverter valves are designed to divert powders and pellets in dilute phase pneumatic conveying systems. It consists of a casing in stainless steel lined with engineering polymer and a flap in engineering polymer with a steel core. The flap is activated by a manual lever, or by a pneumatic or electric actuator.

Flapper diverter has flapper design that handles dry bulk material. It reduces wear and downtime. The features include channeled flow, access door for flapper and seal replacement, live-loaded, wear-compensating polymer shaft seal that eliminates leakage between the flapper shaft and valve body, precision fit tolerances, and an optional clean-in-place panel for quick access to the valve interior for inspection, cleaning, or sanitation.

Flapper valve also called as flutter valve is typically used as an exhaust valve in the double-hose regulator. A flapper valve is simply a soft rubber tube collapsed at one end; when ambient water pressure is greater than the air pressure within the valve, the valve remains in the collapsed conditions. During exhalation, however, the increase in pressure above ambient pressure forces the flapper open, allowing the gas to escape. Water cannot enter the valve while the higher pressure gas escapes and when the pressure equalizes, the flapper returns to relaxed or closed position.

Flapper valve is a most important component in an air conditioning system. It is basically a spring made from pre-hardened steel whose function is to regulate the flow of refrigerant gas to and from the compressor through suction and exhaust valves. It is also subjected to high cyclical loads and impact stresses. This valve is used for straight forward applications as they are simple and relatively cheap. The special spring steels provide a high limit of elasticity, high bending strength, and high resistance to shocks and fatigue.

A flexible locking gas spring has gas on both sides of the piston. Gas is compressible so if sufficient force is applied to the rod when it is in its locked state, either in tension or compression, the gas compresses and the rod moves a few millimeters from its locked position. When the force is removed the rod returns to its original position, while remaining locked, giving the characteristic flexing movement.

Float Operated Valves controls the liquid level and prevent overfilling tanks. The valve is operated mechanically by a float which rests on top of the liquid. The liquid level rises, it pushes the float up and closes the valve. The valve opens when the level falls. The amount of liquid pressure is determined by the length of the rod and size of the float. It includes dual inlet thread for connecting pipe and locknut and high tensile serrated arms. It is provided with the rise of a float prevented by the elastic force of a spring mounted on the valve body. It provides a safe and effective means of venting fuel, oil or water tanks without liquid loss.

Flow Regulator Plates are used to control the flow of water. It can be installed in conduit or channel. The operation of the regulator, depending on the upstream head and discharge, switches between orifice flow.

Flow Sensor Valves eliminate the problem of vacuum loss through non-working standard cups or valved cups. These are manifolded or located in-line rather than at the suction cup. It has spring-loaded actuation, Bleed vent and Slotted poppet to improve performance. It is tested for proper operation and is helium leak tested at the envelope to a maximum leak rate of 4 x 10-9 std cm3/s.

Fluid Solenoid Valve is operated with a magnetic can or jacket with a closed end. An inlet orifice is formed in the closed end of the jacket and a radial valving passage communicates the inlet orifice with an outlet between the coil and jacket. A moveable magnetic armature is disposed within the coil and has a non-magnetic planar valving.
